The VP of Cisco Inclusion & Diversity felt compelled to provide a big picture of the I&D Vision Journey and how it all works within the structure of Cisco's corporate business directives. This is the basis of an online digital experience for the entire geographically dispersed I&D team. This map is followed by samples of the digital cards provided for teams to engage virtually for conversations about the journey to their vision.
